Whatever your triathlon or endurance sport goals, this is a week that will redefine your limits.

The week will be made up of huge swim, bike and run adventures. That’s a given.

A seven day experience where we will take you to remote and exciting locations, because big adventures require real mental strength. Point-to-point journeys each day will give you that strength and test you at every step*.

As a result, each day will be hugely rewarding. You will be surrounded by like-minded people and see parts of Mallorca you have never seen before - or even imagined existed. Come ready to have fun, have adventures, but most importantly have the courage to step out of your comfort zone.

*while we want everyone to be challenged, there will always be shorter/easier options for athletes if required.

The fun is in the discovery.

Check out the videos below for a taster.

DAY 1:

Day 1 started with a scramble and trek down a gorge to a remote swim start location in the North of the island. Athletes swam approx 4km around the coast in beautifully calm waters. After a leisurely change of kit we set off for a (less leisurely) ride to Formentor lighthouse, and then back to the Villa via some tough climbs. 100km with 1600m ascent.

DAY 2

Day 2 started with a 3.5km point to point swim which was adventurous to say the least. But the coffee stop after made it worth it!

The athletes then undertook one of the most iconic mountain runs in Mallorca with stunning views down to a beautiful blue ocean, and some of the toughest trail running you can imagine.

21km with 1200m of ascent.

DAY 3

We started the day in a bay most tourists will never see. Check out the video for a glimpse of this idyllic setting. We swum with extra boat support for this 4km journey around the south coast of the island and through Es Pontas sea arch.

From Cala Santanyi we rode back to the villa via two of the islands monastery climbs, San Salvador (with a coffee stop at the top) and Santueri Cura.

105km with 1500m of ascent.

DAY 4

A calm and sandy 2.8km swim across the beautiful bay of Pollenca started an easier day ahead of the race-simulation adventure on day 5.

Then we enjoyed a steady trail run through a mountain forest to finish in Bunyola.

16km with 600m of ascent.

DAY 5 - RACE SIMULATION

This race simulation day promises to become something of a legend in XTRI circles. Athletes are given the opportunity to do a swim-bike-run course which mimics an XTRI in all but distance. Unfortunately in 2021 the swim to the bay of Sa Calobra had to be cancelled due to a rough sea - but in 2022 we hope we will do a full course! We do like to shake things up though, so it is likely to be a little different and a lot challenging.

Swim: Cancelled, but intended 3.5km.

Bike: 72km with 2200m of ascent.

Run: 13km eith 922m of ascent.

DAY 6 - FINAL TRAINING DAY

We finished the camp with a calm swim in Sa Rapita bay to the south of the island followed by a relaxed coffee stop. Then we enjoyed a relaxed ride back to the villa to get packed.

There were some tired legs and a lot of very happy faces.

Swim: athletes choice, circa 2km.

Bike: 50km with 400m of ascent.

I love the mountains!
